About Nexora Consultant
A cross-border business consultancy advising foreign companies, NRIs and Indian entrepreneurs on entering, registering and running a compliant business in India.
Who we are
Regulatory clarity for businesses entering India
Nexora Consultant is a professional business consulting firm headquartered in Udaipur, Rajasthan. We advise international companies, non-resident Indians and domestic promoters on the structural, legal and regulatory decisions involved in establishing and operating a business in India.
Our work sits between commercial strategy and statutory process. Choosing between a liaison office, a branch office and a wholly owned subsidiary is not an administrative detail — it determines what you may earn, how you may repatriate funds, what tax you pay and what you must report each year.
Clients come to us because they want one accountable team rather than a chain of intermediaries: the person who advises on the structure is the person who prepares the documents and answers the regulator’s queries.
- Inbound investment specialists — FDI routes, sectoral conditions and FEMA reporting.
- Full-service registration — incorporation through to PAN, TAN, GST and IEC.
- Continuing compliance — annual filings, statutory records and advisory retainers.
Our story
Built around a problem we kept seeing
Nexora Consultant began with a recurring pattern: capable international businesses arriving in India with a sound commercial plan and no reliable answer to a simple question — what exactly do we need to register, and in what order?
Advice was fragmented. One firm handled incorporation, another handled tax, a third handled foreign exchange reporting, and nobody held the whole picture. Timelines slipped, documents were re-executed abroad at cost, and avoidable compliance gaps surfaced in year two.
We built the practice to close that gap. Structure advice, documentation, registration and ongoing compliance sit under one roof, delivered against a written scope and a fixed professional fee.
The gap we set out to close
Fragmented advice across incorporation, tax and foreign exchange left clients coordinating specialists instead of building a business.
One integrated practice
Entry strategy, entity formation, registrations and compliance delivered by a single team with a single point of contact.
An international client base
We advise promoters across Europe, North America, the Gulf, South-East Asia and Australia, alongside Indian founders at home.
Relationships, not transactions
Most engagements continue past registration into annual compliance, FEMA reporting and expansion advice.
Our vision
Vision
To be the consulting firm international businesses trust first when they decide to enter India — recognised not for the volume of registrations we complete, but for the soundness of the structures we recommend and the accuracy of the compliance we deliver.
We want a client’s India entry to be remembered as the straightforward part of their expansion: a decision made on clear evidence, executed on schedule, and standing up to scrutiny years later.
Our mission
Mission
To give every client a correct, well-documented and commercially sensible route into the Indian market, supported by transparent pricing and a team that stays accountable long after the certificate is issued.
- Advise before we file. No registration is submitted until the structure is right.
- Quote before we start. Professional fees and statutory costs stated in writing.
- Explain in plain language. Regulation translated into decisions the client can actually make.
- Stay past the certificate. Compliance calendars maintained, not handed over and forgotten.
Why choose us
Four commitments that shape every engagement
These are not aspirations. They are the operating rules our clients hold us to.
Professional approach
Structured engagements with written scopes, documented advice and filings reviewed against current law before submission.
Transparent pricing
Fixed professional fees agreed up front, with government fees and third-party costs itemised separately at actuals.
Client-first philosophy
If a simpler or cheaper route serves you better, we say so — including when it means a smaller engagement for us.
End-to-end support
From the first strategy call to annual filings years later, one team carries the file and the institutional memory.
Our expertise
Where our work is concentrated
We deliberately keep a focused practice. Depth in inbound investment and Indian entity compliance is more useful to our clients than a broad menu of unrelated services.
- Foreign investment advisory — FDI routes, sectoral caps, share pricing and repatriation planning.
- Company formation — private limited companies, wholly owned subsidiaries and NRI-promoted entities.
- Business registration — PAN, TAN, GST, IEC, professional tax and state-level registrations.
- Regulatory compliance — ROC annual filings, statutory registers, board and shareholder records.
- Business advisory — entity selection, capital structure and operating-model guidance.
- Tax planning — entity-level tax positions, withholding on cross-border payments and treaty considerations.
- Legal documentation — MOA, AOA, board resolutions, powers of attorney and commercial templates.
- Cross-border consulting — coordination with overseas counsel, auditors and authorised dealer banks.
Core values
What we will not compromise on
Integrity
We give the advice the facts support. We do not oversell a structure, and we do not promise timelines that depend on a regulator we do not control.
Transparency
Scope, fee, statutory cost and expected duration are stated before work begins, and any change is confirmed in writing.
Accuracy
Filings are checked line by line. A rejected application costs a client far more in time than a careful review costs us.
Confidentiality
Client documents, ownership details and commercial plans are handled on a strict need-to-know basis within the firm.
Responsiveness
Enquiries answered within one working day and client queries acknowledged the same day wherever possible.
Continuous learning
Indian corporate and exchange-control regulation changes often. Keeping current is part of the job, not an optional extra.
